Orders are shipped via Canada Post – Regular Parcel.  As a special service to you, we would be happy to discuss specific courier requirements; please contact us beforehand to coordinate.  For International orders, you are responsible for all applicable customs and duty charges.

Shipping and Handling fees for customers within Canada are $15.

Shipping and Handling to the USA is available for $20 (Canadian dollars).  Unfortunately, Royal Herbs does not offer free shipping to the USA.

In special circumstances, we may ship internationally, however please contact us in advance to confirm.

Once we have received your payment, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.  Transit times within Canada are approximately 1-7 business days.  Please note that a tracking number can be provided upon request.  You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

At Royal Herbs, we are proud of our products and customer satisfaction is of high importance to us.  If you are not fully satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Upon notification, we will review your request and approve the return.  The cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us is borne by you.  Authorized returns must be in original packaging to receive a credit to your account (equivalent to the unused portion of the product).

Royal Herbs accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPay.  Royal Herbs quotes prices in Canadian currency. We accept money orders (from registered banks and financial institutions only, not Post Offices) in Canadian and US Currency, however please contact us in advance.
